In the Nome King’s Cavern by ErinPtah

Dorothy rescuing Prince Evring, from Ozma of Oz. Poor kid was trapped by the Nome King, in the form of a purple crystal kitten statue.

He’s the youngest prince of Ev, where their theme color is purple. In-universe he’s only described as pretty, little, and fair-haired – Baum was undoubtedly thinking “blond”, but I took some liberties.
